At school, we had one free lesson in what was a 40 hour week. Those easy times. That one lesson was spent in the computer room on Typing Tutor. (Little did we know the significance this would have on our lives, but as they say everything happens for a reason).

What we then decided was that it would be a great idea to drop our Spanish lessons, freeing up yet more time to spend racing each other on Typing Tutor! Ok, and perhaps a few games of Shanghai, thrown in there. And no, there wasn't any internet before you say anything. (We know what you were thinking). So there you have the start of the story; Wizards at typing, rubbish at languages.

As freelance notetakers during University, we began to realise there was a need for good, speedy typists. Recruitment agencies were obviously not able to offer clients a reliable and dependable service that was consistent. We were often told our notes were far more detailed than what they were ever used to. Well that on its own set us thinking.
